Mounts Bay Distillery

Mounts Bay Distillery is a small-batch craft distillery on the Penwith Peninsula in West Cornwall — and the only wood-fired distillery in England. We produce premium award-winning Cornish rum and Cornish gin using traditional copper pot stills over direct flame, creating a depth of flavour and character that modern large-scale methods can't replicate. Our Cornish gin range, including Ebba Coastal and Ebba Tidal, is crafted with hand-foraged coastal botanicals such as rock samphire, seaweed and sea buckthorn. Our rums — Rum Dhu Gold, White, and Black Spiced — are open-fermented, double pot distilled, and aged in Cornwall with no additives. Keynvor, our multi-award winning honey spiced rum, was our first spirit — crafted with local cliff honey, dulse seaweed, and the warmth of the Cornish coast.
